Our postage costs are fixed, regardless of the size of your order.

Badges only - posted 1st class: £2
If your order includes badges and clothing items, please choose the £3 postage.
Buyers need to choose the appropriate postage at checkout. Orders with clothing where buyers have chosen the lower postage option will be delayed as we request the additional postage costs.
Worldwide
Europe (other than the UK): £4
Outside of Europe: £6
We do not post clothing items internationally.

We are happy to post badges anywhere in the world. Simply choose the appropriate postage option at checkout. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any customs charges/taxes that may be incurred once your parcel has left the UK.
For UK orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery before enquiring about your order. For international orders, please allow 1 month.
Please remember, we are a volunteer run fundraising effort for Girlguiding Dursley District. This website is run by one of our Leaders who is also working full time, has her own family commitments as well as her other Guiding voluntary roles. We aim to post orders as soon as we can, normally within a couple of days, but sometimes life gets in the way, hence we ask you to wait 14 days before enquiring about a missing order.
Please do not place an order with a request to have it delivered by a certain date if that date is within the next two weeks. We do not guarantee speedy delivery and we hate to disappoint our customers, especially if your badges are for the girls.

GirlguidingBadges.co.uk does not accept returns unless the item(s) is damaged or not as described.
Closures
As mentioned above, this website is run by a dedicated volunteer but occasionally she needs some down time (or time away at Guide Camp!). Typically we close for two weeks over the Christmas school holiday period and for a week or two during the summer holidays however these dates vary each year so please check out our Facebook Page for any notices of closure.
During our closed times, you are still able to browse the website and place an order as usual but these orders will take slightly longer to be posted out. Our Facebook posts will indicate how long this might take on each occasion.
