2021 fundraising reaches over £2,060 – THANK YOU

Our profits from 2021 have reached over £2,060 bringing our all time profits up to £27,500 since 2009. It's been another very strange year in the pandemic, but your support has continued and we're very grateful!

After Easter we ventured back to face to face meetings indoors and despite a drop in numbers initially, the district is growing again. Some units have even managed a holiday or sleepover, all under strict regulations of course. As a District we had hoped to offer the District camp this summer but we decided to postpone this to 2022 as the covid landscape was still so uncertain. We can assure though, that all profits from our fundraising website will eventually go towards making Guiding amazing in the District. In the meantime our adventures remain small scale as we just enjoy being together for fun and friendship each week.

As always, the District would like to say a huge THANK YOU to you all for your continued support, whether you are an avid badge collector wanting something different for your collection or a Leader looking for a resource for your unit. Or perhaps you donated badges to us during the year. Each and every one of you has made a difference to Girlguiding Dursley District.
