2024 Fundraising reaches over £4,450 – THANK YOU

Our fundraising from 2024 has reached over £4,450 bringing our all-time total up to almost £39,400 since 2009. This is our best year yet for the second year in a row!

This year our focus has turned to fundraising for our Disneyland Paris trip in 2026. We have 34 children and 12 adult volunteers signed up to take part. We have allocated funds to support our young members access this trip, but they're having to fundraise access existing funding as match funding.

In this last term alone, they have helped Santa doing his sleigh rounds, baked and sold cakes, volunteered to make the Dursley Fireworks happen, run a pub quiz night and supported the Slimbridge panto selling the refreshments.
We have allocated 2,775.90 towards their trip to match these fundraising efforts.

Or perhaps you donated badges to us during the year. Each and every one of you has made a difference to Girlguiding Dursley district.
